This is what my neighbor did for one last year. She used a white cake, layered with white chocolate instant pudding, strawberries and blueberries. She used fresh berries. She added cool whip to the pudding mix. I did not eat any of it but it looked great in a straight sided glass bowl. She said it went like hot cakes at the dessert party. Hope this helps.
