Sorry about that....I bake mine in a convection oven which is very different from a regular oven. I would say bake these at 375° for about 6-8 minutes or until light brown. I think you'll have to play with the time for your first batch to see how long you'd prefer to bake them. You can cook them longer if you'd like them to be crispy. I just made several dozen last night. This recipe always comes out great! You can even color the dough if you'd like. You can also leave plain and ice later or sprinkle with colored sugars and bake that way. This is a very versatile recipe. Sorry for any confusion!
