If the cake calls for 3 eggs....use three....I never change the number of eggs used.....you do not have to slice the top of the cake before spraying . Creme bouquet has a vanilla almond flavor and smell a little floral???? I love it , but like I said before.....start by using it sparingly and add until you get to a taste you like....It is all about personal taste. Remember....if you want a pure white cake...but the white cake mix and only use the egg whites called for!!
