THREE-SEED BREAD

2/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons water (70 to 80 degrees)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower kernels
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread settin g.
Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed). Yield: 1 loaf (about 1 pound)From Taste of Home's "Quick Cooking" Magazine
