I agree with Becky La- use equivalent measure of coffee for the flavor- if you don't want the coffee flavor omit or add water in equal amount. I do bake from scratch almost always and I have left out small amounts of liquors from recipes as I do not like them nor want them in the finished product. Unless its a large amount of liquid- it shouldn't hurt the recipe.
