Don't know Ingrid but here is my mom's sour cream coffee cake...its delicious!!

1/4 lb butter
2 eggs
1/2 pt sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
2 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Dissolve soda in sour cream. Cream butter and sugar -(I use a mixer to get really creamy)- Then add eggs and sugar. Add soda and sour cream mixture. Then add dry ingredients.
Pour 1/2 batter into a greased 8" square pan (I use a small bundt pan ) Sprinke with 1 cup raisins (I use the white raisins), 1/4 cup sugar (I use light brown sugar), 1 tbls cinnamon.
Add other 1/2 of batter- then sprinkle with 1 cup nuts (I use walnuts), 1/4 cup sugar (I use crushed sugar cubes to make a crunch on top), and 1 tbls cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for 20 min ( I do about 18- I have a fast oven) then at 325 for about 15 min. Test at about 14 min- you don't want dry cake.
