C......If you don't have a friend or church member ( (Maybe the Pastor and his wife??) to give the other pie to....you could either make a larger pie( I make it in a very large, glass pie plate from Pyrex ( I think) and really pile the mirangue real high...it makes a showstopper display for dessert time!! I have never halved the recipe, but I don't see why not!! Try it and let me know how it turns out!! Believe me you won't be sorry....this pie is a blue ribbon winner in my opinion!!GOOD LUCK!!
