I once read of a chocolate cake with frozen ganache filling (I think it was ganache)which are baked in small individual servings. I love the way the chef described how the creamy ganache oozes out once the freshly baked cake is sliced. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, can someone post the recipe please? Thanks!
