Betsy and Gina, I tried these Strawberry cookies
at work the other day. They are pretty good,kind
of cakey,but I substituted a different icing.
I make a good Strawberry Cream Cheese icing that
I use on cakes. I had some leftover, do I put it
on these cookies.We all ( at work) decided that
the icing made the cookies!!!If you want the recipe
