Thank you to the five people that responded to my request on "Balsamic Vinegar". I am going to try this and see how it does.

My husband and I went into Dean & Deluca Cooking Store on Saturday and I was amazed with the different balsamic vinegars and how much they varied in price. I ended up getting: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena by Rustichella
D'Abruzzo. This one is six (6) years old and the label recommended to use to season cocktails, steamed vegetables and meats. It costs $14.75. There were some there that went as high as over $100.00. Will keep you informed as I try it.
