Does anyone know how to make apple caramel bars? I would like apple/pastry bars with caramel drizzled on top. Tried to make a recipe with melted caramel and flour and oats; it came out like a big tray of apple crisp! Didn't hold together like bars and you couldn't even see the caramel - it had melted into the filling! Help!
