To the people that responded to me previously...
I did use the good Balsamic Vinegar as a marinade and then in the frying pan on steak with fresh onions, garlic and olive oil. My husband loved it. I will use it more often now. He stated he wanted me to use it all the time. I do use cooking sherry, cooking white wine and cooking red wines alot.
Thanks for giving me the courage to try something new.
