The recipe you posted looks great; but, it's not the one I'm searching for. "My" ginger cookie does not have molasses--maybe that's what makes it so unusual for a ginger cookie. It's ginger flavor is very sophisticated and rather delicate, and it is a refrigerator cookie. I also will continue my search here at home and if I find it, I will definitely share it with you.
