Hi, I'm fairly new to kitchenlink, but I'm already addicted! I recently pulled out my bread machine after years in the closet. I hadn't had much luck with it the first time around. I had lost the instructions but, after requesting a recipe specifically for my machine, Jen in Florida came to my rescue! I finally tried it and it worked! We loved the bread as a dinner bread, but my husband said to make sandwiches for his lunch, he would prefer a lighter bread. The recipe from Jen was a denser white bread. I was wondering if anyone has a recipe that is close to a soft, store bought bread. We recently went from two incomes to one(by our choice) and I am trying to make more homemade items and find ways to save on groceries, so any help that anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated!
