Nancy, I have a recipe for Fudge Ice Cream Torte. Simply explained, it is an ice cream cake made in a springform pan. There is a cookie crust, layer of chocolate ice cream, layer of bittersweet fudge sauce with butter brickle pieces, then a layer of vanilla ice cream, with more bittersweet fudge sauce on top of that with more brickle. Whipped cream rosettes are piped around the top and bottom when you take it out of the pan and put on the plate. It really is quite easy to do and the nice thing is you can do it a few days ahead of time. If you thing you would like the recipe let me know and I will post.
