Wondering if anyone has and would share a recipe called Hawaiian Pineapple Macadamia Nut Cake? A picture of this cake is in a mail order catalog I recieved. It appears to have been baked in a bread loaf pan. Actually it looks more like a quick bread recipe. Would love to have it. Thanks
