Jay, I do this all the time. Here is what I do:

I make the dough in the ABM. I let it rise.
I punch it down. Cut it into as many pieces as
i need crusts. Then I roll out each crust.

I bake them partially - just until set, about
10 minutes at 350 deg F. I let them cool completely.

Then the day I want to bake them, I put
on the toppings and continue the baking
until the toppings are all bubbly and yummy.
