Now pat-in-pan pie crust I should be able to do! I will definitely try it. In looking over the recipe, I do have a question. Oil is shown twice but not together - 1/2 cup and 2 Tbsp. Is it 1/2 cup plus 2 T or do I do something else with that 2 T? Thanks!

I was so spoiled by my mother-in-law before she died. I would tell my woeful tales about pie crust. She came every Sunday for dinner and she'd often bring along 6 baked pie crusts for me to freeze and use for cream or cream-like pies. I've missed them (maybe not as much as my hubby). I will not tell DH about this and just surprise him the middle of the month. Believe me, he'll ask where I got the pie crust! I appreciate your understanding and taking the time to post this.
