Any tips I can get for working successfully with yeast would be appreciated. I'm totally intimidated by it, but I have a ton of recipes I'd like to try. My main problem is that I don't have a convenient warm place to put the dough while it rises. I read somewhere that putting it over a bowl of hot water would help, but the water cooled too quickly. Any suggestions from the brilliant bakers out there?
