Hi AJ,

Terrie's suggestion is a good one! Here's what I do - Select a bowl that will allow room for your dough to double and a cup that will fit together side-by-side in your microwave (I can fit in a 2-cup measuring cup). Fill the cup with water and bring it to a boil in the microwave (without the bowl of dough). Lightly oil the bowl, put in the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the microwave with the cup of hot water (don't turn the microwave back on). Sometimes I also moisten a kitchen towel with hot water and set the bowl on top of that in the microwave. Close the door and you have a nice warm space for your dough to rise in.
