Help! I have looked everywhere I can think of for a bread pudding recipe with berries. All I can find are apple and peach. I did find a couple of blueberry ones, but they were for diabetics or were low fat. Does anyone know how I can add fresh berries to a standard bread pudding recipe? To put them on top, do they need to be like pie filling? Appreciate any help I can get.
