where I work we make alot of bread pudding. And one of our customers favorite variation is to add a cup or two of fresh blueberries over the the bread and custard mix. Then we take cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes and sprinkle over the custard,bread and berry mixture. Bake in a water bath until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. We serve this with lemon curd.
