Hi, I found the same recipe given to you. It worked great after trying another starter recipe that didn't work..The only thing I thought is to take the sugar down to a 1/4 c. It is on the sweet side. I also feed it twice before I used it to bake bread. The only question I have is what type of container to store it in the fridge with. I have it in a bowl but that takes a bit of room up. Don't know whether to buy a jar with a tight lid or just use a plastic wrap. Good luck it is worth it in the end..Carrie
