My favorite is a chocolate mousse frosting and is very easy to make- if your husband likes dense frosting then this would not be the one... however this one is very rich and delicious.

2-3 cups heavy cream
3 tbls powedered (10X) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder

Mix all ingredients in the bowl of your mixer- or in any large bowl (if using a hand mixer). Combine on low speed and then beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. Ice cake- Shave some bittersweet chocolate on top for decoration.I love it!!!! and Happy Birthday!
