1 1/2-pound loaf 3/4 tsp instant coffee crystals 1/4 cup water 1 cup Rye Sourdough Starter* 3 T. mild-flavored molasses 1 T. cooking oil 1 3/4 cups bread flour 3/4 cup rye flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 4 tsp. gluten flour 4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 tsp. caraway or fennel seed 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. active dry yeast or bread machine yeast.
Dissolve the coffee crystals in the water. Add the coffee mixture and the remainingredients to the machine according to mfg. directions. If available select whole grain cycle or the basic white bread cycle.
