I have tried many recipes for the bread machine and have found the bread very heavy and dense..Is there a recipe out there that will give me a coarser bread?? If I have to make it by hand, I will too... I remember I tried one a long time ago and the recipe had molasses and brown sugar in it and it turned out really good...I have since lost the recipe... Is there anyone that can share a good homemade bread recipe with me? Thanks.
