I notice that my loaves of bread have very hard crust made in the bread machine. I have a new Zojurishi machine. For some reason, the crust is hard, even though I follow the directions for the bread very carefully and make sure to set the correct setting for the type of bread I am making. Can anyone give me some hints? Thank you.
