I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I may be doing wrong? I just got a bread machine recently and all the breads I made in the basic cycle rise but fall when being baked! Why is that? I have made sweet breads and they turn out ok and one expressbake bread and that one came out good as well. I don't get it? HELP!!
