whenever i have to roll anything i have about six different size ice cream scoops that have the handle u squeeze.....(they are not to cheap but worth it)i have very small ones that are good for the truffles and other small candies. i use them for making cookies also it makes everything uniform...maybe u could try it.. just a thought nicky
