Julie, this pizza dough is easy and so good. I have made a couple changes that I think may it even better. I use truffle oil in placle of the olive oil. Also, i add pizza dough flavoring from King Arthur. It gives the dough a wonderful flavor. The basic recipe is good too though. This recipe says it will make four thin crust 12 inch pizzas or two thick crusts 12 inch pizzas.
Pizza crust
1 1/2 cups water 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 3 3/4 cups bread flour 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast or 2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast follow directions on machine to make dough. Remove and shape crust.
This dough will freeze also if you don't need it all.
