eggy, as promised, here is my recipe for the world's best {I think} spritz cookies. Let me know how you like them.
1/2 lb butter-very, very soft 1 egg yolk 1 c sugar 1 tsp almond extract 2 c flour
Mix all ingredients and use cookie press. I like to use the thin elongated plate in the press for these. They come out nice and crisp. Bake 375 for 8-12 minutes.
