The DAK bread machine manual includes an easy and delicious recipe that I have used many times. Unfortunately, I loaned the booklet out and I don't want to try to remember the recipe for you, in case I get it wrong. I'll try to get it soon, but in the meantime, if someone has it out there, maybe they'll provide it for you.
