stone. I have tried to get the elusive crispy crust for years and years and recently purchased a Pizza Baking Stone (which cost me $5). You heat the stone in a very hot oven (very bottom rack)for 20 mins, remove the stone, roll out your dough, place on stone, add toppings and place back into the oven rack. Bake 15-20 mins and you get a fantastic crispy pizza. Good luck.
