Hi Everyone!
My fiancee and I had cheesecake from a restaurant last night. It had a really light texture(well, for cheesecake anyway!). The cheesecake we make at home is really good but tends to be very dense - we preferred the version from last night.
Anyone have any suggestions for a lighter tasting cheesecake? Is it the ingredients, or something in the baking process?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
