camille, these do not have yogurt in them but if you like a tart lemon flavor-give these a try.
Lemonade Muffins
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup white sugar 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 beaten egg 1 6oz. can (2/3 cup) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 1/4 cup milk 1/3 cup cooking oil 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Combine egg, 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Gently stir in nuts.
Fill greased muffin cups and bake 375 deg. for 15-20 min. or until done.
While hot, brush with remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle with white sugar.
