Great Harvest Bread Company has a fantastic oatbran bread. It is a round loaf, fairly light in color, heavy with a soft crust. The ingredients are freshly ground whole wheat, oat bran, old-fashioned rolled oats water, honey yeast , and salt. I am trying to replicate the bread but haven't gotten the ingredient measurements right. Does anyone out there have an oatbran bread recipe with similar ingredients they would share?
