Hi Nan,

Your coconut cake sounds yummy indeed. I have copied your posting and it is in linea to be made as I experiment with some other recipes.

I want to include a Coconut Layer cake in my Thanksgiving dessert buffet so I am ahead of the game. There is nothing worse than trying out a new recipe on the day of the event.
