I just discovered this recipe. It couldn't be easier, and produces a cookie with a wonderful, chewy texture and just 61 calories and 1 gram of fat in each.

BROWNIE CRINKLES
1 pkg. low-fat fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup pasteurized egg product OR 1 egg
Powdered sugar for rolling (approx 3/4 cup)

Heat oven to 350°. Grease or spray with pan coating a cookie sheet. Mix dry brownie mix, water and egg product (I use an egg) about 50 strokes with a spoon or until well-blended. (Dough will be sticky.) Using two teaspoons, pick up a teaspoonful-sized ball of dough with one spoon and push it off into the powdered sugar with the other spoon. Roll each dough ball until coated with sugar. Place balls about 2" apart on cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes until almost no indentation remains when touched lightly in center. Immediately remove from cookie sheet to a rack to cool. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
