I am looking for a cookie to go w/my creme brulee that I had in a restaurant. It has almonds in it and looks like stained glass. I did find out from the restaurant that it is a mix and it is called "florentine mix". If anyone can help me w/a recipe or where to get the mix from I would really appreciate it.
