Please help me!
I have been trying to copycat one of the bread used in the restaurant and have been able to imitate almost everything except mine still has the smell of Yeast and the one belongs to the restaurant does not smell Yeast at all.
How do I get rid of the Yeast smell?
If I do not use Yeast the bread will not rise and dense. Is there other way to rise the bread without using the Yeast?
