SUGAR-COATED PECANS

2/3 CUP SUGAR- WHITE
2 TABLESPOONS CINNAMON
1/4 TSP. SALT
1 EGG WHITE
3 AND 1/2 CUPS PECAN HALVES

Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt and set aside.
Beat egg white until foamy and add nuts to coat with egg. Stir in sugar/cinnamon mixture and coat.
Spread on a baking pan and bake at 300 for about 30 minutes.

THIS RECIPE IS GREAT FOR SNACKS WHEN ENTERTAINING.
