I would like the recipe to make an apricot pie using dried apricots. I tasted a pie made with dried apricots years ago at a restaurant that is now closed. It was a two-crust pie and the filling was sweet, tender, and flavor was intense. Does anyone have a recipe like that using apricots or other dried fruit? Thank you.
