Hi Chandra- love my Westbend - here goes your recipe:

Old Fashioned White Bread (2 lb)

12 oz. Milk
2 T. Butter or Margarine
4 c. Bread Flour
2 T. Sugar
1 3/4 t. Salt
2 t. Active Dry Yeast OR 1 3/4 t. Bread Machine/Fast Rise Yeast

French Bread (2 lb)

11 1/2 oz. Water
1 T. Butter or Margarine
1 T. Olive or Vegetable Oil
4 c. Bread Flour
1 1/2 T. Sugar
1 3/4 t. Salt
2 t. Active Dry Yeast or 1 3/4 t. Bread Machine/Fast Rise Yeast

Instruction are the same for both:

1) Add liquid ingredients and butter to pan.
2) Add dry ingredients, except yeast, to pan. Tap to settle, then level them, pushing some of the mixture into the corners.
3) Make a well in the center of dry ingredients; add yeast. Lock pan into bread maker.
4) Program for recommended bread select setting and desired crust color.
