Hi Katie,
I just made the
Shake, Rattle and Roll Pie Crust
recipe - I've been meaning to try it. It worked good! No pre-mixing or cutting in of the shortening - I just measured all the ingredients into a 4 cup plastic container with a snap-on lid and shook it until the dough formed a ball. My finished dough is a little on the sticky side but I put the bowl in the refrigerator and I expect it will be fine after it's chilled - otherwise I'll work in a little more flour in when rolling it out.
Very quick and easy!
Happy Baking,
Betsy
