Am looking for the recipe for Delmonico Cake that was published in the Southern Living magazine some 25-30 years or so ago. It is the best ever and I have lost my copy. It has nuts, coconut, beaten egg whites added at the last and topped with cream cheese icing with chopped pecans on top.
