I am looking for cookie recipes using cake flour. I know they can be found in the older cookbooks published in the 50's, but I haven't been able to locate one.

I'm also looking for an oatmeal raisin cookie recipe. I want the cookies to look like the type you can purchase in a bakery. I would like them to turn out bigger, rounder and flatter. All the recipes I've tried have produced cookies that look like rocks after baking. It is also difficult to get them baked fully without burning them because the dough is so thick and doesn't spread.

Please help! Thanks!
