I received a bag of "Malted wheat flakes" from my brother-in-law,who's a baker, but unfortunately can't contact him. What I want to know is how to use these in a bread machine recipe. Do I need to soak them,how much do I use in a recipe,etc. Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance
