Thanks for the tips! I made the Amish Friendship loaf in the little foil pans, just so I could freeze some, but that was a few years ago. The pan size I am talking about is smaller. (2 1/2 x 3 1/2). I call them 'true sample loaves' ..lol. I will try the 3/4 full method for the quick breads!

I think I may have to experiment with the yeast breads (my favorites) to see what I have to do with them. I have a couple of recipes I am comfortable enough with to do a little experimenting.

Thanks for the tips. I'm really glad someone who has done this before passed along tips, at least I know you have been there, done that!
