CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING COOKIES
1 c. butter, margarine or butter-flavored shortening 1/4 c. sugar 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding 3/4 c. packed brown sugar 1 t. vanilla 2 eggs 2 1/4 c. flour 1 t. baking soda 1 t. salt 2 c. chocolate chips 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Mix shortening, sugars, pudding, vanilla and eggs. Then add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375 for 8-10 minutes.
For a chocolate chocolate chip cookie, substitute chocolate flavor pudding.
