Whitney, Everyone loves my choc. Chip Cookies and they are always soft. I use many recipes and do the same for all. The trick is to bake them for only 8 minutes! They will look as if they aren't quite done but they are. When almost cooled I put them in a cookie tin. I even freeze some and they are still soft and chewy. Try it and you'll be surprised. Use your own recipe as it is the cooking time that makes the difference. Judy
