Everyone loves my choc. Chip Cookies and they are always soft. I use many recipes and do the same for all. The trick is to bake them for only 8 minutes! They will look as if they aren't quite done but they are. When almost cooled I put them in a cookie tin. I even freeze some and they are still soft and chewy. Try it and you'll be surprised. Use your own recipe as it is the cooking time that makes the difference.
